Duties
Develop, curate, and schedule compelling content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally.
Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce visual and written content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Manage online reputation by addressing customer inquiries and feedback in a positive manner.
Plan and execute social media campaigns that support organisational goals and initiatives.
Stay informed on the latest trends in social media management and public relations to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Assist in organising virtual events or promotions to increase online engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to online reputation management.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
Ability to analyse data and generate insights from social media metrics.
Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
