The Horvath Group is growing again - We are hiring a Social Media Assistant/ Content Creator! This is a full-time, on-site role located in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for creating social media content, managing multiple social media accounts, and implementing social media marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and improve audience engagement
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
Manage multiple client accounts daily
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our organisation at the forefront of digital innovation
Organise content days with clients regularly
Experience
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences
Experience analysing social media analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments
Familiarity with social media scheduling software and content management systems
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Experience with content creation or photography
