We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media assistant to join our small but fun team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and enhancing our brand's online visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively engage with our audience.
Responsibilities
Assist the manager to develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond in a timely manner.
Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain relevant.
Assist in public relations efforts by promoting positive brand messaging through social media channels.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Knowledge of public relations principles and practices is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
