We are looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Assistant to support our growing online brand. This role involves simple online tasks, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to grow into a permanent position. Work is fully remote, with part-time, zero-hours availability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and post content across our social media platforms
Engage with followers in comments, messages, and stories
Assist with updating countdowns, announcements, and daily posts
Repost content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Help write simple captions and engagement prompts
Track basic analytics such as reach, views, and interactions
Support the team with small online admin or marketing tasks
Maintain a positive and professional tone while representing the brand
Experience and Requirements:
Essential
:
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Good spelling, writing, and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and maintain brand style
Reliable and able to work independently
Access to a smartphone or laptop and internet connection
Confidence speaking on camera
Preferred (not essential):
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Previous social media management or marketing experience
Training will be provided for all responsibilities.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 11.50-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 12 per week
