Approved Business is seeking a

Social Media Assistant

to join our energetic and growing Social Media Department. Managing over

100 clients across the UK

, we provide a full-service social media offering: from content creation and posting, to community engagement, follower growth, and lead generation - so our clients don't have to!

Your Role:

Working alongside a small but dynamic team of four, your responsibilities will include:

Tracking monthly engagement and reporting using social media analytics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Reviewing content for duplicates and removing them Ensuring branded profile pictures, banners, and links are up-to-date Updating client contact information Researching client industries and competitors Connecting with target audiences and individuals on LinkedIn Posting to relevant industry and local groups Professionally engaging with posts (likes, comments) Monitoring messages and reporting client enquiries Sending monthly client updates on social media performance Assisting clients with login issues as needed
