We are looking to recruit a

Social Media Assistant

to help create content for our social media channels in order to build awareness and generate high-quality leads. The role will be based at our LCV offices in Swansea, reporting remotely to the Digital Marketing Manager based in Lancashire, with collaboration between yourself and team members situated at both office locations. You will play a key role in ensuring our brands are represented consistently and professionally online, whilst contributing to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that strengthen our visibility and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities



o Content creation for multiple Social Media platforms from our business pages, primarily for our LCV brand but also for the XLCR brand.

o Maintaining social media calendars and release schedules.

o Adhering to best practices for each Social Media platform, primarily

LinkedIn

,

Facebook

and

Instagram

.

o Upholding brand guidelines and maintaining brand voice when posting.

o Posting centrally to platforms via Hubspot, as well as natively where necessary.

o Responding to comments and messages on social media platforms, collaborating with wider sales and marketing team members for additional information when needed.

o Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to support content creation and campaign delivery when required.

o Monitor social media engagement and contribute ideas for growth.

o Assist in website content updates.

o Ad-hoc marketing assistance to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Requirements



o Up to date knowledge of current Social Media platforms as used in a business setting.

o Basic experience with

Canva

for content creation.

o Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

o Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to plan ahead whilst also react to current trends and adapt planning

Desirable Attributes



o Proactive thinker who thrives in a fast-faced environment.

o High attention to detail and a passion for brand consistency.

o Able to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

o Familiarity with

Meta Business Suite

and

LinkedIn Ads

would be advantageous but is not essential.

o Previous experience with posting through

Hubspot

is be desirable, but full training will still be provided.

o Experience or familiarity in email marketing would be advantageous.

o Familiarity with vehicle leasing or similar FinTech business environments.

o Previous experience in a marketing or communications role.

What we offer



Annual salary of 28000

Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 5.30, no weekends
