We're looking for a video-first

Social Media Associate

who comes geared with video and post-production skills ready to roll into action.




Who we're looking for?



Essential

Knows how to work a camera! And has strong Premiere Pro skills. Any experience on photo/video shoots is also beneficial. A creative individual, with an eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling. Plus, incredible attention to detail. A passion for social media, with a good understanding of branding and marketing. Shows initiative and is a problem solver. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Impeccable organisational and time management skills. A collaborative team player who values shared success.

Nice to have

Trend-forward and adept in editing quick cut, smart transition forward content. Adept in mobile-first video editing tools, e.g. CapCut, Instagram Edits, and native social media video editing. Broader design skills, e.g. Adobe, Figma, Canva. On-camera confidence. A hand-raiser when it comes to featuring in video content, with the ability to appear naturally engaging and confident on camera. Bachelor's degree in a marketing or design-related course, but not required.

This specific role will be based out of our London office. Whether you're working from home or in the office, you'll have consistent 1:1 check ins with your manager, reviews, and culture-building opportunities to connect with people across the organisation.

Responsibilities

You will be hands-on working on

client accounts

in a range of sectors. Participate in

creative brainstorms

to share your original ideas and see them brought to life in expansive digital campaigns. Collaborate on

content shoots

, helping shoot set up, space maintenance, and - most importantly - support filming for social content.

Post-production editing

. At minimum, we'd like the candidate to come equipped with Adobe Premiere skills for video editing. Mobile-first editing skills are also beneficial. Assisting with imaginative copywriting. Assist - and quickly take on your own clients! - with day-to-day

social media management,

including scheduling, publishing, and community management through Sprout Social. Keep up to date with the

latest trends

and create reactive content. Also, helping the team stay up to date on the latest

platform updates

. With time, you will develop

monthly reports

to share performance with our clients and recommend adjustments for the coming month's content. You will report to our Director, Social Media while working closely with our Social Media Executives and Senior Social Media Designer. Collaborate with with our other global mar-comms teams, such as paid media, PR, and SEO.
