Job Description

We are a complete non fault accident management company who specialises in clients who have been involved in a non-fault accident. We provide post-accident services that may assist the client recover damages and compensation to recover losses caused in a motor accident.

We specialise in the personal injury field and provide accident replacement cars, specifically focusing on assisting claimants involved in road traffic accidents. We offer comprehensive services to other businesses operating in the accident management sector, including claims management companies, body shops, motor fleet operators, and claims managers. Our expertise lies in providing end-to-end solutions with a smooth process to insure customer satisfaction.

The Social Media and Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. This role requires a confident individual who has an outstanding record of executing a brand strategy across all digital and other channels. The ideal candidate will be a digital storyteller who can captivate our audience through visual content.

Key Responsibilities:



To build a brand strategy that gives us a unique position in the Online Competition space Utilise budgets in accordance to business needs and requirements Create, produce, and edit high-quality visual content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote competitions, winners, and charity partnerships Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximise engagement and reach. Analyse content performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future content. Identify and approach popular influencers that can help promote the brand and drive new customers to our website Understand the customer base and create cohorts and then execute a strategy to ensure maximum engagement and drive revenue and profit to the business To use the right tools to drive the best return on investment Consider what are the best products to sell, that fits in with the overall brand strategy

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Brand Manager with a social media presence. Proven experience in developing a brand strategy with a plan to deliver this to support business objectives Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations Knowledge of current social media trends Background in Marketing, with ability to produce a brand strategy and gain buy-in from the executive team Excellent planning skills

Pay: 24,420.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime
