Social Media + Community Lead

London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About INTROE:

INTROE is a creative media platform that curates, creates, and amplifies talent across music, art, and culture. We blend community, content, and curation to shape creative culture - from short-form storytelling and artist features to events and brand collaborations.

The Role:

We're looking for a Social Media + Community Lead who can bring INTROE's world to life online - someone who understands creative culture, knows how to build a community, and can turn insights into strategy.

You'll manage day-to-day social presence, community engagement, and analytics while shaping how INTROE's stories are told across social media, the website, and newsletters.

This role combines creativity and strategy: you'll oversee posting, tone, and storytelling, translate our visual work into editorial write-ups, and keep the conversation alive with our growing community of artists, collaborators, and followers.

What You'll Do:

1. Content, Social & Editorial

Manage INTROE's public-facing outputs including social media, website, and newsletters. Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms, maintaining a consistent tone and brand voice. Write and edit platform-native copy (hooks, captions, CTAs, titles, and thumbnails) and translate.
creative projects into written storytelling for web features and newsletters.

Maintain a consistent editorial voice and tone across all platforms, ensuring INTROE's
communication reflects its creative direction.

2. Community & Cultural Scouting

Identify and engage with emerging artists, collaborators, brands, and cultural events that align with INTROE's vision. Support outreach and relationship building with potential creative and business partners. Track cultural trends and audience conversations to inspire future content and community initiatives.

3. Analytics & Strategy

Monitor performance metrics across platforms to identify trends and insights. Use analytics to inform posting rhythm, tone, and creative decisions that strengthen engagement and reach.

4. Collaboration & Brand Development

Work closely with the Creative Lead, production team, and wider INTROE network to ensure creative alignment. Take ownership of maintaining INTROE's voice across all public touchpoints. Contribute ideas to strengthen INTROE's brand presence, storytelling, and community engagement.

You'll Bring

Proven growth or engagement stories - what you did, why it worked, and the results. A strong editorial eye and hands-on creative skills (short-form editing, design, copywriting). Comfortable working in a startup environment - adaptive, collaborative, and data-curious.

Nice to Have

2 - 4+ years in social media, content, or community management. A strong understanding of creative culture, music, and emerging creators. Basic analytics knowledge (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Canva, or CapCut. Experience with live events, artist relations, or digital campaigns.

YOU MUST BE BASED IN OR ABLE TO TRAVEL INTO LONDON TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.
