Job Description

I've created Glow By Star as a brand built on confidence, healing and glow.

Now I'm hiring someone to help manage my full online presence, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Threads, Pinterest and email. You'll help post content, grow our audience and bring the Glow mission to life online.

What you'll do:

Create and post daily content that reflects our brand voice Help with story ideas, quotes, and before/after reels Manage captions, hashtags and posting schedule Occasionally attend in-person content sessions (paid extra) Keep an eye on trends and suggest creative ideas Track performance and engagement to see what's working
What I'm looking for:

No degree needed -- just good taste, consistency and creativity Confidence using Instagram & TikTok (Canva or CapCut is a plus) Strong communication and a friendly vibe Reliable, loyal and excited to grow with the brand long-term
You'll be paid weekly, with bonuses for performance and extra in-person support. This isn't just a gig -- it's a brand worth building.

Manchester preferred (remote OK)
