From powerful before-and-afters to honest customer interviews, we want someone who can capture the pride of our work, the professionalism of our teams, and the real voices behind every transformation. You'll be the one on-site, making customers and staff feel relaxed in front of the camera, capturing trust-building content that showcases who we really are. Key Responsibilities:
Capture & Create: Film on-site transformations, interview customers and staff, and capture content that builds trust and transparency.
Make People Comfortable: Use your people skills to put homeowners and team members at ease on camera, helping them tell their story naturally.
Edit & Post: Edit raw content into Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and carousels (editing skills are preferred, but not essential).
Plan & Schedule: Organise a consistent posting calendar aligned with campaigns and seasons.
Engage & Respond: Help grow our online presence with thoughtful, responsive community management.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Install teams to ensure the most impactful stories are told.
Recruitment Focus: Create content that also supports team recruitment and brand positioning as an employer of choice.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A natural ability to make people feel at ease and confident on camera
Experience capturing social media content (even if self-taught or from a personal brand)
Good eye for video storytelling and authentic brand representation
Editing skills (preferred, but we can support the right candidate if needed)
Confidence visiting sites and working independently
