About the Role

Sunshine Coast FC UK Ltd is expanding its footprint, and we're looking for a creative, confident, Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to directly shape the voice, style, and visual identity of our UK brand, whilst having an impact on recruitment strategies for our Australian based programmes .

You will be responsible for our Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels--creating mobile-first video content that connects with our audiences, showcases our academy pathways, and brings our story to life.

Key Responsibilities

Create, film and edit engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Facebookand other social media platforms. Develop and deliver online content campaigns to boost reach and engagement and recruitment of global academy players. Stay on top of social media trends and creatively adapt them to our brand tone and messaging. Work closely with group marketing and academy teams to ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals. Monitor content performance, engagement and analytics to help guide future content planning. Contribute to building a strong, loyal and interactive online community.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and digital communication. A strong understanding of what makes content stand out and perform on social platforms. Previous content creation experience is essential. Experience with the use of a variety of editing tools preferred. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools. A proactive self-starter full of fresh ideas, with the confidence to take ownership of content output. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Pay: 24,000.00 per year
