About Us:

Redbrick Academy is a leading childcare and tuition provider with three branches across Manchester and Oldham. We combine high-quality education, creative programmes, and a nurturing environment for children. We are expanding our community presence and want to showcase our story through engaging social media and digital content.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated student passionate about social media, content creation, and digital storytelling to join as a volunteer intern. This is an excellent opportunity for someone studying marketing, media, communications, or a related subject who wants to build their portfolio and gain real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging content (short videos, reels, stories, graphics, posts) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Support Redbrick's brand voice and storytelling across platforms. Help plan campaigns for enrolments, events, and community activities. Capture and edit photos/videos during sessions, events, and trips. Analyse performance (engagement, reach, growth) and suggest improvements. Work closely with the management team to develop creative ideas.

Requirements:

Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar). Creative eye for storytelling and trends. Reliable, committed, and enthusiastic.
