Friday, 9am-5pm with 30min lunch, 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a talented creative Social Media & Content Creator to manage day-to-day social posting and help with strategy for the marketing team. The Social Media & Content Creator will be responsible for developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. Along with a passion for storytelling and attention to detail, the candidate must have social media experience and good knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all social media activity across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Creating captivating content for all of our platforms including social media, web, and email marketing. Scheduling of social media reels, posts and stories. Co-ordinating social media enquiries to the relevant department. Ensuring all social media queries, comments and direct messages are dealt with in a timely manner. Creating and managing Facebook campaigns and adverts. Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand. Creating a monthly social media marketing plan so we have areas of focus and ensuring all the team are aware of any offers, special events, giveaways etc. Analyse current metrics and account insights, creating monthly reports for the Director.

We want to develop and maintain our apprentices with the business. At the end of the apprenticeship there will be the opportunity for your role to become permanent within the business and to play a key role to its continued success.
