Social Media & Content Marketing Executive
to help elevate our brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and email.
This role is perfect for someone who naturally understands luxury aesthetics, modern fragrance trends, and how to turn lifestyle moments into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
About the Role
You will be responsible for creating high-quality video and photo content, hosting product demonstrations, supporting email marketing, and helping scale Nuhr Home's digital presence. You should be confident on camera, understand TikTok trends, and have the ability to create beautiful content that reflects the brand's luxury identity.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production
Create, film and edit premium TikTok and Instagram content that reflects Nuhr Home's luxury aesthetic
Produce tutorials, unboxings, scent stories, lifestyle shoots, and trend-led videos
Capture high-quality product photos and short-form ads for paid and organic use
Take ownership of generating fresh, creative content ideas aligned with launches and campaigns
On-Camera Content & Lives
Confidently appear on camera to demonstrate products, talk about scents and host live shopping sessions
Present Nuhr Home's brand story, product benefits and gifting ideas in an engaging way
Email Marketing & CRM Support
Assist with email planning, content input, imagery selection and campaign scheduling
Work closely with marketing leads to support key promotions, new launches and seasonal campaigns
Community Management
Engage with customers via comments, DMs and video replies
Support customer queries with warmth and professionalism in line with the Nuhr Home voice
Campaign Support & Reporting
Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
Monitor performance across social and email, helping analyse what works and where to improve
RequirementsEssential
2+ years' experience in social media, content creation or marketing
Proven ability to create TikTok/Reels content
Confident appearing on camera and presenting products
Strong video editing and storytelling skills
Ability to work across multiple campaigns at once
Strong sense of luxury aesthetics and brand consistency
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to work
3 days per week on-site
with 2 days remote
Desirable
Experience in beauty, fragrance, lifestyle or luxury brands
Understanding of TikTok Shop or live shopping
Basic experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo)
Photography experience
