Job Description

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Content Creator to help grow and manage the social presence of a small group of fast-growing UK apparel and lifestyle brands.

This is a practical, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys filming, editing, and posting content regularly rather than just planning it.

You'll work closely with the founder and marketing team to create engaging short-form content that builds brand awareness, drives traffic, and supports product launches and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, film, edit and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Capture behind-the-scenes, product, lifestyle and UGC-style content Edit videos for social using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar Write captions that match each brand's tone of voice Post consistently across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Repurpose content across platforms to maximise reach Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements Attend occasional in-office filming days in Westhoughton Stay up to date with trends, hooks, formats and audio
What We're Looking For

Essential:

Experience creating content for social media (personal or brand accounts) Confident filming on a phone and/or camera Comfortable editing short-form video quickly and efficiently Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends Reliable, organised and self-motivated Based within easy travel distance of Westhoughton
Desirable:

Experience in fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce or subscription brands Basic photography skills Understanding of content that converts (not just looks good) Familiarity with Shopify or online retail brands
