Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Editing
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Record, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos.
Edit podcasts (audio & video).
Design social media graphics, templates, and promotional materials.
Write captions, scripts, and content for posts.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok.
Monitor ad performance and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
Social Media Management
Plan and schedule posts across all platforms.
Grow engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
Respond to comments, messages, and queries professionally.
Lead Generation
Run ads and campaigns specifically targeted at generating qualified leads.
Track, manage, and report on lead performance.
Use CRM tools to manage lead flow (training provided if needed).
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in
video editing
(Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
Experience editing and producing
podcasts
.
Good understanding of
PPC advertising
(Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Strong creative sense for content design and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Preferred Experience
1+ year of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
Experience with YouTube optimisation.
Understanding of lead funnels and conversion ads.
