Role Overview:
We're seeking an energetic, creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to lead our content generation across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
You'll be generating visual visual content via still photography and videos, timelapse, drone aerial footage, crafting educational, inspiring, and behind-the-scenes content that showcases our products, processes and people.
The ability to quickly understand our business, sector and the needs of our different clients is critical to then being able to visualise how best to capture and present content.
A driving licence is essential to be able to visit projects, and own car is an advantage to be able to get to work as our office is on a rural location with limited public transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, produce, and edit original video and photo content for social platforms.
Create educational and value-driven content (e.g., how-to guides, installation walkthroughs, project development - before / after).
Skilled in use of standard industry software MS Office, Adobe Creative suite among others
Manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
Collaborate with internal teams to capture real-life projects and customer stories.
Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform updates to optimize reach and engagement.
Use analytics to evaluate performance and inform future content strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in social media content creation or digital storytelling.
Skilled in using Mavic drones (with appropriate operator ID / licence
Proficiency in video editing
Strong visual eye and ability to shoot/edit content independently.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Comfortable being on camera and/or directing others.
Interest in architecture, construction, or home improvement.
Enjoys working as part of a friendly small supportive team
