About the Role

We're looking for a

Content Creator / Videographer

who's not afraid to get stuck in. This role is ideal for someone who loves filming and editing but also has an eye for social media content and storytelling. You'll help us bring AMA's brand (and our clients' brands) to life through engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and more.

This is a

part-time role (approx. 3 days per week)

to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if it's the right fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Filming and editing high-quality videos (reels, social content, client shoots). Assisting with managing social media accounts for AMA and clients (posting, scheduling, engagement). Helping come up with creative content ideas and campaign concepts. Designing simple graphics for social media. Working alongside the founder to plan shoots, brainstorm strategies, and deliver results. Supporting with behind-the-scenes tasks as needed (a bit of an all-rounder).

What We're Looking For

A creative, motivated individual who loves content creation. Strong videography and editing skills (must have own equipment for filming). Confidence in creating social-first content (especially Instagram reels and stories). Someone with fresh ideas who's excited to contribute and grow with AMA. Hardworking and dedicated -- you want to be part of something that's growing fast. Based in Leeds (ideal) but open to others willing to travel for shoots. A team player who's flexible and willing to get involved in all areas of content.
