Social Media Content Creator
to join our team and elevate our online presence.
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, self-driven individual who can design, produce and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in showcasing our treatments, culture, patient experiences and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
? Plan, create and publish high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms
? Film and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) featuring treatments, team moments, patient journeysand educational content
? Capture photos and behind-the-scenes footage within the practice
? Develop monthly content calendars aligned with the brand strategy
? Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages and monitor social activity
? Track performance metrics and recommend ways to improve engagement and reach
? Work closely with clinical and reception teams to highlight daily practice life
? Ensure all content adheres to dental industry regulations and patient consent requirements

Skills & Experience
? Proven experience in social media content creation (portfolio required)
? Strong photography and videography skills
? Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Lightroom, Canva, etc.
? Excellent understanding of social trends, algorithms, and short-form content
? Confident working in a clinical environment and interacting with patients and fellow team members
? Creative eye for branding and storytelling
? Highly organised with the ability to work independently
