We are now looking for a creative social media content creator to help grow and nurture our online community

The Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creator to manage and grow Popsy's social media presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, building genuine community connection, and increasing reach across our platforms.This role would particularly suit a graduate or someone early in their marketing career with a real passion for social media, fashion, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Plan, schedule, and post regular content

Respond to comments/messages and build an engaged community

Generate ideas for creative campaigns, reels, stories, lives and collaborations

Analyse performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement

Stay up to date with social media trends, audio and platform updates

Work with the wider Popsy team to showcase new products and launches

Assist with photoshoots and content creation days

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about social media and growing online communities

Creative, imaginative and full of ideas

Strong written communication skills with friendly, positive tone

Confident creating video content (especially Reels/TikTok)

Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Understanding of analytics such as reach, engagement and conversions

Confident to liase with senior management regarding product performance

Interest in fashion and helping women with their confidence

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience managing brand or personal social media pages

Photography/videography or editing skills

Degree in marketing, media, communications or related subject

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
