We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator & Online Marketeer to join our hospitality group. You'll be working across several exciting venues in Southern Ayr, creating eye-catching content, building social media campaigns, and bringing our events to life online.This is a great opportunity for someone who loves digital trends, hospitality culture, and getting stuck in behind the scenes at pubs, bars, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content (photo, video, reels, stories) for multiple hospitality venues Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Build and manage paid social media ads with support from our management team Research current digital trends and apply them creatively to our brand Attend large events and live promotions to capture on-the-ground content Monitor campaign performance and report back on results Working Weekends is essential part of the role

Ideal Candidate

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Creative eye for video and design - experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a bonus Confident working both independently and as part of a team Comfortable being out and about - must be happy visiting pubs, events, and staff teams Organised and able to manage multiple content projects at once Available to work flexible hours, including some weekend/evening event cover

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
