You'll have hands-on ownership of content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
The role includes filming, editing high-quality content, and managing influencer collaborations to boost our brand presence and engage our audience.
This part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, digital communication, and brand growth. A background in marketing or social media management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, edit, and schedule content across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
Film and frame content both in-office and on location; occasional travel may be required.
Assist in influencer and creator management: identify, brief, and manage collaborations.
Support the creation and optimisation of paid social campaigns to drive engagement.
Monitor social media trends, propose new strategies, and ensure all content reflects the brand voice and values.
Occasionally assist with administrative or office tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
Confident in video framing, mobile videography, and photography techniques.
Proficient with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
Strong understanding of platform-specific content styles and best practices.
Up-to-date with social media trends, short-form content, and influencer marketing strategies.
Able to work independently, follow creative direction, and meet deadlines.
Legal right to work in the UK.
Nice to Have
Graphic design (Photoshop/AI tools), email marketing, or campaign experience.
UK driving licence and own car for location shoots.
