Role Overview

Dibor is a premium British homeware and garden brand, known for timeless design and beautifully curated products. We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging, on-brand content that builds community, drives engagement, and supports commercial growth across Dibor's social platforms.

This role combines content creation, storytelling, and performance awareness, with a strong focus on short-form video and visual-led platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

Create high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest Produce short-form video content including Reels, Stories, and TikToks Style and shoot products in line with Dibor's brand aesthetic (in-house or on location) Edit content using relevant tools to a high standard
Social Media Management

Plan and schedule content using a social media calendar Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone of voice Monitor trends, sounds, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interaction
Performance & Collaboration

Track content performance and engagement metrics Use insights to optimise future content and formats Work closely with Marketing, Buying, and Creative teams on campaigns and launches Support key trading periods, seasonal campaigns, and promotions
Skills & ExperienceEssential

Proven experience creating content for social media, ideally for a retail or lifestyle brand Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and visual-first platforms Confident shooting and editing video content (mobile and/or camera) Creative eye for styling, composition, and storytelling Excellent written communication skills
Desirable

Experience with analytics and performance reporting Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools Experience working with influencers or UGC content
Personal Attributes

Creative, enthusiastic, and trend-aware Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines Confident on camera or directing content where needed Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset Passionate about homeware, interiors, and lifestyle content
