CONTENT CREATOR AND ACCOUNT MANAGER (specialising in social)



Permanent, full-time hybrid role - typically 3 days in the office / 2 wfh)



28,000 to 31,000

Examples of how we put this into practice:

We finish at 1pm on a Friday to ensure there's enough time to relax and refresh.

We took the decision to respectfully not extend a client's contract that didn't integrate with our values and was needlessly causing anxiety within the team.

We offer flexible working of starting between 08:00 -10:00 and finishing between 16:30 and 18:30 and Friday's is 09:00 to 13:00.

Our client retention is mental. Some clients have been with us for over 12 years which offers an incredible base for growth. We're formulating our 3-5 years plan which is exciting for the whole team.

Future growth is only going to happen with talented, like-minded people so this is where you come in. We're looking for a person with strong digital marketing skills that's able to strategically implement and sync all activity in a clear and cohesive way.

What does the day-to-day role look like?



Content Creator



As a Content Creator at Patch you will produce captivating and meaningful posts, videos, visuals, and stories to grab our clients' audience's attention. You will focus on crafting content that aligns with and represents our clients' brands.

What does the day-to-day role look like?



Working closely with our Social Media Manager, you'll capture the essence, and they'll amplify it through the social media strategy.

You'll understand the campaign details across all marketing services and gain insight into the client's priorities. Share reports of insight and learning on content performance.

Understanding strategy from Account Directors, you'll learn the wider goals of clients, their strategy and upcoming campaign plans.

Crafting standout narratives that resonate with the audience and align with campaign goals.

Planning, directing and executing shoots with clients (not a weekly occurrence, but a large part of the role)

Editing and bringing visions to life through video.

Ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice, identity, and messaging.

Staying up to date with content-specific algorithm updates.

Account Management



You'll be the day-to-day contact for your clients ensuring that all elements of our digital marketing deliverables are on track and to a high standard.

Alongside the AD you'll be involved with the strategic direction of how best we can spend clients' budget to achieve objectives.

Confidence is managing accounts that are majoritively or solely social media delivery.

What we'd like you to have...



Extensive experience in LinkedIn and Instagram. TikTok is a bonus but not necessary for this role at this stage.

Strong understanding of the difference in content needed between social media platforms to resonate with audiences and their behaviour.

Standout creativity that includes out-of-the-box thinking, compelling ideas and fantastic concepts.

Confidence and experience in clear client-facing communication.

Experience working with different brand voices, identities and messaging.

Working with B2B brands is essential, and B2B is desirable.

A love for events is essential. Some shoots may run beyond traditional working hours. Majority of shoots are based in London however some can be further afield so ability and confidence to travel is a necessity.
