The Role

We're looking for a

Social Media & Content Creator

to bring brand stories to life through imaginative, high-quality social content.

This is a hands-on creative role; you'll be developing and filming social-first assets in a studio setup or real-life setting, creating scroll-stopping moments that elevate everyday products into artful, engaging visuals. Think serums dipped in ice, snow flurries across serums, glitter bursts on packaging reveals, and textures melting, pouring, or shimmering in perfect slow motion.

You'll work closely with our PR and social strategy teams to ensure every frame, post, and caption reflects the brand's purpose and personality, crafting content that feels as beautiful as it is effective.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, film, and edit creative social content (static, video, and Reels/TikToks) for multiple beauty and wellness clients. Conceptualise and execute product-led creative ideas that translate across platforms. Create visually compelling content using textures, movement, and studio setups - from ice, glitter, and water to soft lighting and shadow play. Develop monthly social calendars in alignment with brand campaigns and PR activity. Manage posting and engagement across social platforms (mainly Instagram and TikTok). Collaborate with the wider PR, design, and strategy teams to ensure brand alignment. Analyse performance and contribute creative insights for ongoing optimisation.

About You

3+ years' experience in social media or content creation, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle. Skilled in filming and editing content for social platforms (experience with Reels, TikTok, and short-form creative essential). A strong visual eye - confident working with props, lighting, and creative direction. Fluent in social trends, storytelling, and aesthetics that connect emotionally with audiences. A hands-on creator who thrives in fast-paced, idea-driven environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,420.00-39,488.64 per year
