About Us

We are a growing language tuition startup in Soho, London, currently specialising in Japanese and English language instruction -- and we plan to expand to other languages including Spanish, Korean, and more.

We are looking for a creative and motivated student to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on position where you will create engaging social media content independently while working closely with the founder.

First Month:

Fully in-person in Soho (Thursdays, 12:00-17:00) to explain our business strategy, provide examples, and review expectations.

After First Month:

Flexible hybrid setup, allowing remote work with weekly check-ins.

Independent Creation:

You will develop and produce content on your own, based on guidance and examples provided. The founder will review your work, provide feedback, and advise on strategy.

Important:

Candidates must already have a good understanding of social media and content creation.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce posts, simple graphics, and short videos (e.g., Reels, Stories) for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Develop content ideas based on examples and strategy shared by founder. Present created content for review and feedback. Assist in managing and responding to interactions on social media platforms. Gain insights into startup operations&strategy through hands-on experience.

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about social media, languages, and cultures. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently. Reliable and able to manage time effectively. Enthusiastic about languages and cultural exchange. Multilingual skills are a plus but not required. Wants to use their skills and vision in a real-world startup environment. Already has a solid understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
