As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others. You'll help us showcase our dental services, educate our patients, and highlight the welcoming atmosphere of our practice. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, patient engagement, and ultimately attract new patients.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, reels, videos, and graphics) for social media platforms.
Stay up to date with current trends, challenges, and strategies on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Develop content calendars to ensure consistent posting and branding.
Capture and edit high-quality short-form videos and photos in the practice.
Work closely with the dental team to showcase treatments, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content (with consent).
Monitor engagement metrics, track performance, and suggest improvements to boost reach and visibility.
Help build a strong and positive online community around our brand.
Experience
Proven experience managing or creating social media content (portfolio or examples required).
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other trending platforms.
Skilled in video shooting, editing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar).
Creative eye for storytelling, branding, and aesthetics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Previous experience in dental or health care in general (preferred but not required).
