The Opportunity

The Social Media Content Designer is responsible for creating content and visual identity

for Rodial, on all social media platforms, through paid or organic. This role blends creativity

with a strong commercial focus and you will lead on everything from creating content and

working to drive brand awareness, community growth and engagement across all

platforms. You will leverage AI tools to supercharge creativity, streamline production, and

stay ahead of social trends, as well as create compelling, high-converting content for social

campaigns.



You will be responsible for creating visual content that brings our campaigns, products,

and founder-led storytelling to life, ensuring everything aligns with Rodials high-fashion,

editorial brand identity.



This role is the conduit between Social Media and Design being highly creative with the

technical ability and commercial insight to create content with a luxury aesthetic which

supports the delivery of our commercial goals.

Please note we work 4 days a week from our office in W11 and Fridays from home.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) in line with the Rodial luxury brand aesthetic. Design static and motion assets for posts, stories, paid ads , and newsletters. Edit and cut videos for Reels and TikTok's, adding captions, transitions, and brand effects. Develop branded templates, typography, and layouts for consistent social visuals. Support the marketing and communications team in bringing campaigns to life through creating and manipulating assets. Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, and aesthetics relevant to beauty and fashion. Collaborate wi8th the founder and wider team on content concepts, story boards, and shoot ideas. Ensure all creative outputs align with Rodial tone, visual identity, and strategic goals.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

2+ years' experience in digital design or social media content creation within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle Strong design skills with commercial eye for what drives engagement and sales Proven experience of running multiple social media platforms creatively and strategically Experience of keeping abreast of appropriate media and social media trends to suit brand representation Experience designing and editing paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Excellent sense of composition, typography, and colour aligned with luxury aesthetic Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) and/or Canva Pro, CapCut. Intermediate to advance IT skills, in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of attention to detail. Prioritisation and time management skills A proactive, creative mindset with passion for beauty, fashion, and storytelling. * Experience of producing founder -led content and working closely with brand founders or key personalities.
