Social Media & Content Executive

Location: Bromley, Full-time, office-based
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm
Salary: 27,000 - 32,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Executive to take full ownership of our social content, including filming, editing, graphic creation, and managing our presence across all key platforms. This is a hands-on content role perfect for someone who loves being behind the camera, generating ideas, and producing engaging short-form videos.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll also support marketing campaigns, events, and basic design work. This role is ideal for someone energetic, organised, and passionate about social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, film, and edit high-quality social content for all platforms Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style, YouTube Shorts) Maintain content calendars and schedule posts Write clear, engaging copy for social posts and email campaigns Create basic graphics using Canva (or similar tools) Capture content at live events, workshops, and webinars Coordinate with paid media teams Assist with email sequences and nurture workflows Collect and organise content assets (video clips, testimonials, photos, marketing materials)

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in filming and editing video content Confident using tools such as CapCut or similar Solid understanding of major social media platforms and trends Basic design skills Clear and confident writing ability Strong organisation and project management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Desirable Experience

Experience creating short form viral style content Basic understanding of email marketing or funnels
