Barrett & Coe is the longest-established portrait studio company in the world, tracing our roots back to 1856. In addition to multiple franchise, and our own studios, we also provide independent photographers across the UK with appointment-making and data marketing services.

We are recruiting a part-time Social Media & Content Executive to raise our social media presence and contribute to the growth of our brand.

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2.5-3 years of proven social media experience Natural flair for content creation and copywriting for B2C audiences Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask The ability to show initiative and work independently Experience in raising brand awareness across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Skilled in capturing and editing video to a high standard Knowledge and experience of content scheduling software, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress and Microsoft 365 A passion for social media, keeping up to date with the latest trends, platform changes and best practices Experience in B2C marketing, preferably within photography (but not essential). Full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential)

Here's what you will be working on:

Creation of engaging written and digital content through images, captions, reels, stories and video Weekly scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Maintain consistent posting routines (posts, daily stories) Planning, implementation and reporting of all social media campaigns Monitor all channels for customer interactions, responding promptly Management of Barrett & Coe, Baby of the Month, SuperDog of the Month Facebook/Instagram accounts, plus three Facebook pages/Instagram for company-owned studios General marketing support when required
Although this role is primarily remote, our preferred candidate would be based in Norwich for occasional meetings at our head office.

A three-month probationary period will be applied to the successful candidate, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
