Role Overview



The

Social Media & Content Lead

will play a crucial role in the Brand Marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of social media strategy, content creation, content scheduling, and community engagement. This position is ideal for someone with strong creative flair and a keen eye for detail, who is a social marketing native.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic environment among some of London's most trailblazing creative brands, businesses and individuals.Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will lead on executing brand campaigns on our social media channels and content coordination and production. You will help maintain consistency across our social channels and provide essential support in executing our brand communications strategy.

This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, precision, and enthusiasm for a broad spectrum of creative industries, from fashion and design to production and traditional arts.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media Management



Lead and execute a comprehensive social strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn. Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar on Instagram and Linkedin that reflects not only our brand campaigns and community news but wider cultural relevance, scheduling posts that maintain our brand tone and visual identity. Manage day-to-day community engagement (DMs, comments, tags) to build positive connections with residents and followers.

Channel Growth & Reporting



Track social media analytics, reporting on engagement, follower growth, and content performance. Use insights to refine our content strategy and make creative recommendations for not only social content, but content across our marketing channels. Stay up-to-date with platform updates and trends to keep EWA's content relevant.

Content Production



Source and coordinate visual content for social media and newsletters, including photography, resident features and short-form video. Lead on the production of stories, reels and other social content, using brand templates. Collaborate with the Brand Manager to ensure content quality and alignment.

Campaign & Content Collaboration



Translate high-level brand campaigns into channel-specific content that's optimised for engagement. Liaise with the Brand Manager to ensure campaign messaging is represented across social and digital touchpoints. Work with residents and internal teams to surface stories and testimonials that strengthen brand presence and community engagement.

Essential Requirements



3+ years managing social and digital content, ideally in culture-focused spaces. Strong digital literacy on Instagram and LinkedIn, with scope to explore new social channels. Confident in creating consistent content, shooting and editing social-first video content. Experience managing content calendars and delivering social campaigns. Well-organised and efficient, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Keen eye for visual storytelling and trend forecasting. Strong attention to detail.

37,000 - 40,000 per annum
