Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including text, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience. Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all social media channels to foster community interaction. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media management and public relations. Coordinate with external partners or influencers to expand reach and enhance brand reputation.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role or industry. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
