We're looking for a talented Social Media & Content Manager who's equally comfortable managing client relationships as they are creating engaging, visually striking content. This is a hybrid role combining social media account management with hands-on content creation, giving you the chance to flex both your project management skills and your creative expertise.
You'll work alongside our Social Media Director, Strategists, Content Creators, and Social Media Managers, delivering consistently high-quality social content. Within this role you'll find yourself working across a set of clients such as National Trust, Inverto and the British Army.
What you'll do
You'll be the go-to person overseeing the day-to-day social delivery for your set of client accounts. That means:
Managing and coordinating social activity across your clients
Ideating, producing, and editing static and video content using Adobe Creative Suite
Building and maintaining content calendars, reports, and paid campaigns -- delivered on time and to best-practice standards
Creating quality content that is consistent with brand guidelines
Lead content planning and production, including social first shoot planning and delivery, and post-production
Scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social activity across channels
Building trusted relationships with your clients and internal colleagues
Leading client calls -- presenting work, reports, and updates with confidence
Partnering with Social Strategists to implement campaigns, paid activity, and always-on social strategies
Ensuring content is audience-led, insight-driven, and aligned with platform best practice
Staying on top of emerging trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity -- and turning insights into new ideas for your clients
Providing consultancy and guidance to help clients navigate the evolving social landscape
Supporting new business pitches and creative proposals
About you
To thrive in this role, you'll need at least 3 years' experience in a social media role (agency experience a plus).
