We're looking for a talented Social Media & Content Manager who's equally comfortable managing client relationships as they are creating engaging, visually striking content. This is a hybrid role combining social media account management with hands-on content creation, giving you the chance to flex both your project management skills and your creative expertise.



You'll work alongside our Social Media Director, Strategists, Content Creators, and Social Media Managers, delivering consistently high-quality social content. Within this role you'll find yourself working across a set of clients such as National Trust, Inverto and the British Army.



What you'll do



You'll be the go-to person overseeing the day-to-day social delivery for your set of client accounts. That means:



Managing and coordinating social activity across your clients

Ideating, producing, and editing static and video content using Adobe Creative Suite

Building and maintaining content calendars, reports, and paid campaigns -- delivered on time and to best-practice standards

Creating quality content that is consistent with brand guidelines

Lead content planning and production, including social first shoot planning and delivery, and post-production

Scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social activity across channels

Building trusted relationships with your clients and internal colleagues

Leading client calls -- presenting work, reports, and updates with confidence

Partnering with Social Strategists to implement campaigns, paid activity, and always-on social strategies

Ensuring content is audience-led, insight-driven, and aligned with platform best practice

Staying on top of emerging trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity -- and turning insights into new ideas for your clients

Providing consultancy and guidance to help clients navigate the evolving social landscape

Supporting new business pitches and creative proposals

About you



To thrive in this role, you'll need at least 3 years' experience in a social media role (agency experience a plus).



We're looking for someone who is:



A motivated self-starter with strong organisation skills and attention to detail

Experienced in applying brand guidelines to create content that is both on-brand and optimised for social

Experienced in managing and growing social channels for multiple clients

Skilled in content creation, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects)

Confident in building strong client relationships and presenting work

Collaborative and team-oriented, but also able to take ownership and work independently

Familiar with Paid Social strategy and implementation

Experienced in handling cost proposals and budgets (desirable)
