The Role:





The Social Media & Content Manager will be the brand's digital voice and storyteller, leading the strategy, creation, and management of engaging social media content across all markets. This role is central to building awareness, driving engagement, and supporting the customer journey from discovery to booking.



You'll manage social content globally, ensuring Swingers stays at the forefront of digital culture through trend-driven storytelling, influencer collaborations, video-first creative, and AI-enabled content production. You'll also work closely with our marketing and design teams to amplify campaigns, champion brand storytelling, and foster a thriving community across all platforms.

In summary. what will I be doing?




Develop and deliver a global social media strategy that aligns with brand and business objectives, by managing an integrated and consistent content calendar across organic, paid, and influencer channels. Drive a

video-first, creator-style content approach

: script, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.) and experiment with

AI-powered content tools

to scale creative output. Lead community management: engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture relationships with our online audience. Develop and deliver an influencer strategy across all markets: organise, execute, manage and measure collaborations with creators and tastemakers. Plan and deliver social campaigns that support launches, menu updates, seasonal activations, and PR moments. Monitor performance daily, using platform insights, dashboards, and reporting tools against agreed KPIs including engagement, reach, content performance, influencer ROI, and impact on path to purchase.

So, what are we looking for?




4+ years' experience in a social media role, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands. A natural storyteller with strong creative instincts and the ability to produce

scroll-stopping video and visual content

. Skilled in content creation tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.) and up to speed with

AI tools for social media

. Deep understanding of all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) and how audiences engage with them. Experience developing and managing influencer partnerships. A strong grasp of data and analytics, able to turn metrics into actionable insights. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple markets and projects. A proactive, trend-aware mindset - always looking ahead to the next format, meme, or cultural moment.
