Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a talented Social Media & Content Marketing Executive with a passion for photography and videography to join our Marketing team. As a Social Media & Content Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping our visual narrative, driving engagement across our social media channels (primarily TikTok and Instagram), and expanding our reach in the competitive online gifting market.

You will take a proactive lead in developing and executing innovative content and social media strategies, working collaboratively with the wider Marketing team and other departments to bring fresh ideas to life. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage projects autonomously from concept to completion, and make a significant, measurable impact on our brand's growth within a supportive, fast-paced, and creative environment.

Develop and implement social media and content strategies that align with overall brand objectives and campaign goals, ensuring our visual presence reflects our brand mission. Lead the creation of engaging and visually appealing content for TikTok and Instagram, including photos, videos, stories, and reels, that captivates our audience and drives the brand forward. Manage daily social media operations, including content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and trend monitoring, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely responses. Proactively develop and execute fresh content ideas and campaigns that resonate with our target audience, foster strong engagement, and contribute directly to our growth in the online gifting space. Plan, execute and edit product photography and videography, using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools, ensuring a high standard of visual excellence and brand consistency. To be used across all marketing channels. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, photography, and videography, bringing innovative and actionable insights to the team. Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for content and campaigns that push boundaries and elevate our brand. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights for optimisation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to gather content, support cross-promotional initiatives, and ensure a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints. Organise and maintain a well-structured library of digital content assets for easy access and future use. Ensure content is optimised for various social media platforms to maximise reach and impact.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (1-2 years) in a social media or content creation role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and successful campaigns. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar). Demonstrable experience with creating and managing engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, with a solid understanding of platform algorithms and best practices. Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for performance optimisation. A highly creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, coupled with the ability to proactively envision and propose innovative content strategies that deeply resonate with our brand's mission. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ready to thrive in a team-oriented environment and effectively articulate your vision. Proven ability to manage projects autonomously, taking ownership from initial concept to successful, on-time delivery. Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends, eager to contribute significantly to our online success and brand presence.
