We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator and Social Media Co-ordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing our online presence and telling the story of our brands.
Role Overview:
The Content Creator and Social Media Co-ordinator will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive footfall to our restaurants and venues. The role requires creativity, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for food, drink, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the Dean Banks Group's venues, events, and campaigns.
Create high-quality, engaging content, including photography, videography, and copywriting, tailored to each platform.
Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan and schedule content using social media management tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the wider marketing and events teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation and managing social media platforms for brands.
Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Creative mindset with a passion for food, drink, and hospitality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of Scottish cuisine and hospitality is a plus.
