About The Keys: The Keys is a vibrant restaurant, bar, and nightclub known for great food, creative cocktails, and unforgettable nights out. We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to help us elevate our presence across digital and traditional platforms.
Role Overview:
The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing The Keys' marketing strategy across all channels. This includes managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, supporting events and promotions, and ensuring our brand message is consistent and compelling.
You'll work closely with management to plan campaigns, grow our audience, and increase engagement - both online and in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Strategy.
Develop and implement a marketing plan to promote The Keys' restaurant, bar, and nightclub offerings.
Coordinate marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels (print, local media, email, social, and partnerships).
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
Liaise with external suppliers, photographers, designers, and local partners when needed.
Content Creation & Social Media.
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content for all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Manage social media communities -- responding to comments, messages, and customer feedback promptly and professionally.
Capture and edit photos and videos showcasing menu items, events, and nightlife experiences.
Work with the team to promote special events, new menu launches, and seasonal promotions.
Brand & Event Support.
Ensure all communications align with The Keys' brand tone and visual identity.
Assist in planning and promoting in-house events, theme nights, and collaborations.
Contribute creative ideas to keep The Keys' marketing fresh, engaging, and ahead of trends.
Essential:
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand (ideally in hospitality, events, or entertainment).
Strong copywriting, photography, and basic video editing skills.
Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A creative, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
Desirable:
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, or email marketing software.
Knowledge of local marketing and hospitality trends.
