The ideal candidate will manage our brand's online presence across social media platforms and provide excellent customer support through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day operations of all company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging posts, stories, and reels to promote our brand and services
Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor and track engagement metrics, feedback, and trends
Assist in managing customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotions
Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and communication
Prepare weekly reports on social media performance and customer feedback
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Proven experience in social media management and/or customer service (1-2 years preferred) or Freshers
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
