We're looking for a Social Media Customer Service Team Member to join our existing Customer Service Team, with a primary focus on customer enquiries coming through our social media channels. This is a varied role where you'll be monitoring social media DMs and comments, identifying customer issues, and responding quickly and accurately using our CRM and email systems.
You'll be fully trained to handle all types of customer service queries, just like our other Customer Service Team Members, but your day to day focus will be managing and resolving enquiries that originate from social media rather than directly from the email inbox. You'll also support customer reviews. As the brand grows, we're focused on improving the experience for customers post-sale.
