Social Media Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We're looking for a Social Media Customer Service Team Member to join our existing Customer Service Team, with a primary focus on customer enquiries coming through our social media channels. This is a varied role where you'll be monitoring social media DMs and comments, identifying customer issues, and responding quickly and accurately using our CRM and email systems.

You'll be fully trained to handle all types of customer service queries, just like our other Customer Service Team Members, but your day to day focus will be managing and resolving enquiries that originate from social media rather than directly from the email inbox. You'll also support customer reviews. As the brand grows, we're focused on improving the experience for customers post-sale.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities



Monitoring, reading and assessing customer enquiries received via social media DMs and comments, identifying the issue and responding directly or using pre-drafted messages through our CRM and email systems.

You'll also take ownership of customer reviews across platforms such as Trustpilot. This includes responding to reviews in an on-brand way, encouraging satisfied customers to leave feedback, and working closely with the Team to identify recurring issues or opportunities to improve the service.

Providing quick, accurate and friendly responses across social media, email and online reviews.

Identifying social media enquiries that require escalation or response and managing them through to resolution.

Handling enquires about returns and exchanges via our returns portal.

Assisting with warehouse activities from time to time.

Supporting the Head of Customer Service to keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:



No previous experience required.

Confidence communicating with customers via social media and written channels.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Ability to stay organised while managing a high volume of enquiries.

Salary:

Up to 23,809.50

Holidays:

20 days plus Bank Holidays

On-site, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
