What the Role Involves:

You'll work closely with our team to plan, create, and manage content while contributing fresh ideas for high-performing social media strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to understand and apply advanced concepts about what makes content go viral. Strong attention to detail and focus. Creative thinking -- generating new content ideas from the strategies and training material provided. Fluent in English. A strong eye for aesthetics--you should be able to distinguish visually appealing content from poorly executed content.

Growth Path & Compensation:

Training Period (First 4 weeks):

You'll receive full training on our systems and workflow.

Pay:

$2500 USD/month (training rate).

Phase 1 (Post-training):

Once training milestones are met, you'll create content that regularly goes viral on our pages.

Pay:

$24 per hour rate

Phase 2 (Advanced Role):

After demonstrating consistent results and reliability, you may qualify for a senior position with added responsibilities.

Pay Range:

$5k+ with commission opportunities
We believe in transparent growth -- your progress and pay increases are based entirely on performance and consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 42,000.00-67,331.86 per year
