Job Description

LK Performance seeks a creative and dynamic individual to join our E-commerce and Marketing team as a Social Media Executive and Content Creator.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Develop and implement engaging content strategies across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Create compelling and high-quality visual content (images, videos) for online and offline use, including ad campaigns, banners, and posters. Monitor, respond to, and resolve social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Contribute to the ongoing management and optimisation of social media platforms, adhering to best practices. Product Knowledge: Cultivate a deep understanding of our products to inform audience engagement and content creation. Content Creation: Capture high-quality product photos and videos, including live stories, reels, and ad content. Utilise industry-standard software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro) to edit images and videos for various platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to fulfil additional duties and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:

Proven experience utilising social media platforms for business purposes. In-depth understanding of social media algorithms and trends. Experience in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing software proficiency. Familiarity with project management tools like Slack or Trello. Strong record of attendance, reliability, and punctuality. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks efficiently. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration across all levels. Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive approach, adaptable to various tasks. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Driving license required.
