About the Role

Ashridge House is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and community engagement. You'll play a key part in shaping our online presence across platforms, helping us connect with customers for our key products, Weddings, Conferences, Live Events and other experiences, through compelling content, real-time interaction and paid social media advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and scheduling of content across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) Create and curate engaging visual and written content aligned with brand tone and seasonal campaigns Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement Assist with influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives Track performance metrics and contribute to monthly reporting Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new ideas

Candidate Profile:

Strong understanding and experience working with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok &LinkedIn) Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar marketing tools. Experience using HubSpot or a similar Customer Relationship Management system is a plus. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Previous experience in a similar role
