We're looking for a Social Media Executive to work directly with the CEO of KANZEN to build and scale his personal brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email newsletters.
You'll be at the heart of content creation, brainstorming, scripting, filming, editing, and posting, helping to tell the real story behind building a global skincare empire. You'll also help shape newsletters, manage publishing calendars, and come up with smart, trend-driven content that builds engagement and community.
This role is for a creative powerhouse, someone who understands storytelling, social media culture, and can move fast. You'll need to be both strategic and hands-on, with a strong sense of what works online.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the CEO to conceptualise, plan, and execute content for his personal brand across all major social platforms.
Script and storyboard video content, ensuring every post has a strong hook, narrative, and value-driven message.
Film and edit short-form and long-form content (including behind-the-scenes footage, business insights, and lifestyle moments).
Manage social media accounts for the CEO's personal brand, posting, engaging, and analysing performance.
Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business milestones and brand storytelling.
Write and design newsletters, sharing updates, mindset insights, and behind-the-scenes stories from the CEO's journey.
Capture and create content during shoots, meetings, product launches, and business trips.
Stay up-to-date with trends, memes, and formats that can be adapted to the CEO's brand voice.
Collaborate with the wider KANZEN marketing and creative teams to align personal brand storytelling with company messaging.
Repurpose content into multiple formats (shorts, carousels, quotes, blogs, etc.).
Bring creative energy and confidence to brainstorm sessions, generating ideas that push boundaries.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
