About the Role

Bond Wolfe Auctions is seeking a creative, organised and proactive Junior Social Media Executive to join our fast-paced marketing and auctions team. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling and publishing content across all social media platforms, as well as engaging with our audiences to support brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

- Produce engaging content (photo,, graphics, captions) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.

- TikTok, behind-the-scenes content and auction-day activity.

- Work within the marketing team to showcase new lots, results, client stories and milestones.

- Keep up to date with social media trends, and apply relevant ideas to our channels.

Scheduling & Posting

- Plan and schedule content in line with auction cycles and marketing plans.

- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

- Manage daily posting deadlines.

Community Engagement

- Respond to comments, messages and enquiries across multiple platforms.

- Monitor sentiment and engagement to support brand reputation.

- Boost reach by interacting with relevant audiences, partners and industry accounts.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track performance across platforms, providing monthly insights and recommendations.

- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and conversions.

Travel & Filming

- Attend properties across the Midlands to capture content.

- Support on auction days and attend relevant appointments, events and meetings.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility. (one hour unpaid lunch break)

- During auction cycles, deadlines and auction week, overtime may be required without additional pay.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing social media accounts (professional or personal brand).

- Strong content creation skills (mobile or desktop-based).

- Confident on camera and behind it.

- Full clean UK Driving Licence and own car - essential.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

- Creative, motivated and eager to contribute new ideas.
