Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimise future strategies. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Maintain a calendar of content schedules to ensure regular posting and campaign continuity. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing techniques. Manage public relations efforts by fostering positive relationships with online communities and media outlets.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Creative flair with an eye for visual design and storytelling. Analytical skills to interpret data from social media analytics platforms. Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices within the social media landscape.
