About The Role

We're looking for a talented and motivated

Social Media Executive

to support the growth of Kulture's digital presence.

You'll work

directly with our Content Director

to create, schedule, and publish content across all social platforms, capture high-quality photo and video, and bring our brand story to life every day.

This role is hands-on, creative, fast-paced, and central to shaping how Kulture shows up online.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Schedule, post, and track content to maximise reach and engagement Respond to comments and DMs in a friendly, professional manner

Content Creation

Capture high-quality

photo and video content

around the gym, during sessions, events, and community moments, using both smartphone and professional camera equipment, Edit photos to a

premium, professional standard

using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Edit video content using Premiere Pro or CapCut, optimised for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts Create graphics and branded assets using Canva and Adobe tools Ensure all content feels on-brand and true to the Kulture aesthetic

Videography & Photography

Shoot confidently with both phone and professional camera, with a strong understanding of lighting, composition, pacing, and storytelling Capture dynamic training footage, member stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and promotional clips Maintain a consistent and recognisable visual style that aligns with Kulture

Digital Support

Apply basic SEO best practices to captions, blogs, and video descriptions, Assist with analytics tracking to help refine content direction, Support ad campaigns with content creation (training provided),

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the Content Director to plan weekly and monthly content calendars Bring fresh ideas for new formats, trends, campaigns, and creative concepts Assist in brainstorming launch content, events, and community activations

Community Engagement

Be a visible presence in the gym, capturing authentic, real-time content Build relationships with members, coaches, and ambassadors to strengthen UGC and storytelling Stay on top of fitness trends, social media culture, and creator styles

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised, and passionate about fitness and digital media.

Essential

1-2 years' experience

in social media management, content creation, or a similar digital or creative role Strong skills in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or CapCut, and Canva Confident shooting and editing photo and video content using both phone and professional camera Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social trends Strong written and verbal communication skills Good time management and the ability to work independently Passion for fitness, gym culture, and visual storytelling

Bonus (Not essential)

Experience with planning or analytics tools (Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) Experience within fitness, fashion, lifestyle, or media production Colour grading or advanced editing skills
