About the Role

We are building a full-time content team and need a Social Media Assistant to help produce, organise, and schedule content every day.

You'll be working closely with our Marketing Manager to push out daily videos, photos, graphics, stories and posts across multiple platforms.

This is a perfect role for someone who loves social media, filming, editing and being involved in a fast-moving business.

What You'll Be DoingContent Production

Film Riccardo and the team during projects & office days Edit simple short-form videos Create carousels, graphics & PDF templates Capture before/after shots Maintain a smooth content pipeline

Social Media Management

Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn Write captions & research trending hashtags Help build stories and weekly highlights Screenshot and organise testimonials

Organisation & Admin

Maintain the content library Keep folders and calendars up to date Support newsletter & WhatsApp broadcasts Track analytics and prepare weekly reports Update investor & landlord CRM lists
You will help keep the whole system running smoothly.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday, with flexibility required for:

Occasional evening posting (peak times) Occasional weekend filming (big transformations or open days)
Time off in lieu is always provided.

Salary & Bonuses

19,500 - 26,000 base

Up to 25,000 per year in performance bonuses

(based on engagement, growth, lead generation and content consistency)

A strong performer could earn

35k-45k+

total package.
