Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting company news and events through social media.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite). Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for engaging content.
