We build human brands through storytelling, social media, digital PR, and leadership profiling. And we're looking for a Social Media Executive who knows how to make brands -- and the people behind them -- stand out online.

About the Role

You'll work alongside our creative team to manage content for company pages and leadership profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. This isn't just scheduling posts it's about capturing the story behind the business and helping our clients lead the conversations. From writing thought-led posts for directors to creating social campaigns that build trust and engagement, you'll play a big role in bringing brands to life.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll write and manage content for both companies and leadership teams, turning everyday business updates into storytelling moments. You'll plan content calendars, coordinate with our video and PR teams, and engage with online communities to grow audiences. You'll also analyse performance and spot opportunities to improve reach, creativity, and impact.

What We're Looking For

You'll have around one to two years' experience in social media, content, or digital PR -- either in-house or agency side. You'll have strong copywriting skills and a clear grasp of tone of voice; you can write like a person, not a robot.

You're confident writing for both B2B and B2C audiences, tuned in to current trends across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, and naturally creative. Above all, you're curious, organised, and able to manage multiple brands and deadlines while keeping content purposeful and engaging.
